Motor and Battery Integration

The Hyper Drive unit pairs high-output motors with a battery pack designed for thermal stability during repeated acceleration runs. Shango Technologies collaborates with Trion on motor design and control software. The goal is immediate throttle response without the lag that can affect some electric performance cars. Regenerative braking settings can be adjusted to balance range recovery and pedal feel. Each component is tested under load before it moves to vehicle integration. Cooling channels and cell spacing are planned so the pack can handle back-to-back runs on a hot track day. On track, Hyper Drive is calibrated for launch consistency, straight-line speed, and predictable behavior through high-speed corners.
